The meter interface card tracks water usage as measured by up to 8 i-metersTM.
	Usage is transmitted wirelessly to the apartment building data collection computer.
	The billing center remotely communicates with the on-site computer to retrieve billing reads.
	Individual waters bills are sent to each apartment.
